Michael is involved in crypto marketing, tokenomics and community building for multiple high reputation crypto companies, including Matic Network (Polygon), Unilend, Chromia, Quickswap, and Persistance, since 2017.

Passionate about bringing people together to grow the crypto industry by fostering community growth, he enjoys optimising operations and marketing strategies.

Co-Founder, Chief Strategy Officer and Head of DCENTRAL Asia

Esther leads Strategy, Business Development, Partnerships and Asia in additional to overseeing PR and Communications at DCENTRAL. She is the founder of Source Capital, a boutique PR, Marketing, and Communications consultancy that advises and works with clients in blockchain, DeFi, NFTs and Web3 on their public relations, influence, marketing & branding strategy, events, roadshows, and community relations.

Her previous career in luxury and lifestyle journalism spanned over 15 years and includes roles such as Commissioning Editor at the South China Morning Post, writer and editor for various luxury publications in Asia, and mentoring cultural journalism students during Art Month and Art Basel Hong Kong.

Partnerships

Kevin has over 15 years experience as a business development and partnerships expert mainly in product development, contract manufacturing, venture capital, entrepreneurship, open innovation and web3 & metaverse strategy.

He was previously the Director, Sales and Partnerships at Brinc, Hong Kong’s largest and most active venture accelerator. Investing in over 200 startups, he led business development and strategic partnerships with corporates, government, university and investors in Asia, not to mention also for Animoca Brands and The Sandbox Accelerators.

Events Lead & Marketing

Justin has been a well-known growth hacker and community builder since 2016. A prolific content creator with over 250k+ followers on Crypto Twitter and other social media platforms, he has hosted some of the largest Web3 conferences in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Miami.

Previously he has worked on growth alongside AirSwap, Matic Network (Polygon), Gods Unchained (Immutable X) and many more.

Executive Assistant

Before joining DCENTRAL, Lynda was a paralegal for 20 years. Her legal background makes her a rock-solid professional.

Business Analyst & Operations

Constant helps manage finance and operations at DCENTRAL and has over seven years of experience working on enterprise reporting systems, including bridging technologies.

Previously with Costco as a Revenue Systems Analyst, he is a Certified Management Accountant and holds a Master of Science in Information Systems.

Marketing & Operations

David works on marketing and operations for DCENTRAL. A junior developer, he has experience in JavaScript, HTML, and C++ and is currently learning Solidity to pursue a career as a blockchain developer in the crypto space.

Sales

Ian has been leading in the high-risk asset space for over a decade; scaling cannabis tech companies, nutraceutical manufacturers, and producers/processors. Over the past four years, his deep understanding of startups and marketing has allowed him to grow his consulting firm’s digital portfolio.

As a Crypto native since 2017 and seasoned event organiser, Ian brings cutting edge strategy for not only growth for DCENTRAL but also scaling business development.

Sales

Ashley has worked in film production, in the fitness industry as a Rehabilitative Movement Instructor and also in the hospitality industry for over 17 years. With experience as a Technology and Marketing Sales for the past decade, she started working in the Web3 space since her sister SMG is a NFT collector.
